Great landlord. Very welcoming. Spacious apartment.

This is our second time stayed at this apartment and also our second time giving "10" score to it. I mean, How could we not? the apartment is sparkling clean, it has everything you need to stay there. secure-gated parking and all amenities. They even had the new sofa bed and kitchen set and wardrobe sets. They provided extra pillows and duvet. and the most satisfying experience was when the washing machine was error, we contacted Richard and voila, he replaced it with the new one! super safe and comfy area, easy to get into city center with 24Hr no 11 bus, there is 24Hr ASDA nearby and the sunset view from the harbour always calming. will definitely stay there again if we visit Edinburgh.

Washing machine didn’t work, some of the electric heaters didn’t work, dirty skirting boards, oven but no oven gloves or tea towel . Rep was 20 minutes late meeting us to let us in. Someone came after we called but still took 15 mins while we waited in the cold

Really spacious apartment close to the harbour. Everything was in excellent working order and the distant views were gorgeous. The estate feels incredibly safe. The flat was very well soundproofed as we rarely heard noise from anyone else. Well served by bus and tram system.

Minor wear and tear (scuffed walls, gaming chair peeling) as in every similar apartment - by no means put us off though and indeed in better condition than many properties on the same development we have used.

Spacious apartment, with comfortable furnishings & well equipped kitchen. Lovely powerful showers, plenty of hot water - always a concern with 4 adults in situ. 10 min walk to tram stop, but No.11 bus to the city stopped literally right across the road as an alternative option. Very efficient local communication with apartment representative.

Location was ok, very quiet & seemingly safe area, just a little out of the way in retrospect for what we needed. Apartment is heated by storage heaters which we couldn't get to work in the main bedroom & ensuite bathroom. Only discovered this on final night as we were "home" far earlier than the previous nights & in need of some warmth. This did not spoil our stay &, had we been staying longer, I would have reported to local rep, who I am sure would have addressed it.

Great apartment, lovely & warm, comfortable beds, clean and tidy, secure parking, a short journey into Edinburgh (about a 10- 15 min drive), just 2 mins walk to the end of the apartment block to a lovely view over the firth of fourth & a view up to the bridges. There's an ASDA supermarket a couple of mins drive/10 min walk away & it's only a short drive from the Fort Kinnaird shopping park at Newcraighall.

I don't think there's anything I didn't like, if I had to be picky I'd say the gaming chair in the bedroom should go but I'd definitely stay here again with or without it lol

Great location, for restaurants and cafes in Newhaven and Leith, great transport links , buses right outside and tram line 10 minutes walk away

We have stayed here before 18 months ago and although it is very clean, it’s very tired in places, particularly the leather sofa seen better days, another lamp would be good instead of having to use overhead lighting and the en-suite bathroom needs some maintenance round the sink.
