Très bon accueil à notre arrivée le personnel était attention, la chambre est vraiment très jolie et bien placée.

Le pommeau de douche fuyait beaucoup nous en avons informé le personnel à notre départ.

"didn't stay"

When my brother-in-law booked the room (with my credit card) NO WHERE does it state this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. When we arrived, we couldn't find the door and when someone finally showed up and opened the door, we were ushered into the foyer - and I noticed two very long, narrow staircases. I have a disability in which I cannot climb stairs (I have artificial knees that are now breaking down.) I was so heart-broken. The lady who came to meet us said there is no elevator and I could not get my money back. I asked why isn't this in any information on the company site? Had I known I couldn't utilize due to disability I would not have booked. Now I'm out of pocket for a room I never got to enjoy. The company should make an effort to explain this major detail AT THE VERY TOP OF THE PITCH. I read the Bookings.com listing and it appears I'm ready a traditional hotel, when this is not. I travelled from Canada. I'm sure the rooms are lovely but I'll never know because of those darn stairs. And I'm out of pocket now. There should be some type of warning available. Many thanks for reading my concerns. - Rita DeMontis

Buona posizione, servizio di pulizia ottimo

Doccia ... non si riesce a regolare il miscelatore dell'acqua che è o troppo calda o troppo fredda, inoltre il getto non è regolare. Problemi facilmente sistemabili volendo. Il balconcino che funzione ha? Work in progress?
