Access code for the key. The messages are not sent on the day when requested. They need to realise Australia has very limited phone service meaning messages don’t always get through to the customer. If a customer calls the hosts it probably means the message has not received the message and should reply. Keys need to be more accessible The response was rather curt and not appreciated There is no coffee and when asked the host said none is provided. The mop to clean the floors was filthy. And had to use hands to twist it to get the water out. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Property was close to the beach , clean and walking distance to IGA

Need some proper maintenance , spider webs can be seen every corner of the house. Advertised as 2 large double beds in room 2 but there is only one.

Very comfortable unit over all, well equipped with everything that was needed.

The bed in the main bedroom was not comfortable at all. Price on booking.com was quite a bit higher than the c and s website.
