Perfect location, great customer attention, a very clean and big apartment.

There was a problem with the heating the first day, but they sent a technician at 01:30 a.m. to solve it. And I couldn’t get to to turn on the induction.

"Avoid like the plague until the building work is complete"

The location of the Apartment was very convenient for the Old Town and a very short walk resulted in us being right in the midst of the lovely streets

The whole rear of the building which housed our apartment had been removed and replaced with a massive building site with very noisy work starting very early in a morning and lasting all day. It is no exaggeration to say that if someone had banged a drum at the side of our heads the noise wouldn't have been any worse. It made what actually was a well fitted and comfortable apartment completely uninhabitable until work had ceased for the day. As the purpose of our week away was to relax and recharge it completely ruined our holiday

"good location and well equipped apartment but noise from builders after 8am very disturbing"

despite advising key holder of our arrival time we had to ring and wait for someone to turn up some time later

Noise from building site right by bedroom windows. see above about key delay
