Fidalsa White House Premium

Plasseringen var helt konge. Rolig og fint nabolag. Vi reiste med en gjeng på 8, som nesten var for lite for størrelsen på boligen.

Huset var veldig bra, men litt slitasje på diverse ting. Ingenting verdt å klage over.

Un alojamiento espectacular, con muy buenas instalaciones y muy amplio. Tenía de todo.

Está un poco lejos de la playa, pero sabes a lo que vas.

Lovely outside area, pool was always a lovely temperature. The cooking hot plate was a great addition to the Villa. Very spacious inside and outside.

The electric tripped quite a few times, we had to manually turn it back on by the box.

The place was big and roomy but old and aged and in need of a refurbish The pool was nice but started to get close to overflowing when a pump failed

No satellite or even freeview tv we were told it would be fixed it wasnt ever during our stay Aircon not working for 9 of our 12 days in our ensuite room followed up every day no promised visit until 9th day, showers only fully working in 1 room no BBQ indoor pit hotplate and hob not working flies incessant due to old disused bird cage and dog excrement all around the decorations, toilets broken and constantly flowing/running, wifi slow and cover only when near, wrong passwords and codes supplied for first 2 days, cockroaches in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom possibly attracted by the dreadful stench of drains in bathrooms- all reported. Cracked and missing paintwork and decor all over the building and around the pool no pool lights despite pool guy trying to fix, missing bulbs in lights outside. - all reported and pictures taken and sent on whattsapp, group phoneline for Fidalsa never answered despite multiple attempts to talk to someone . Also this is advised as being a great location - it isnt its right next to waste groud and no facilities' in walking distance and its opposite a sheep farm with dogs barking incessantly right through the night. THIS IS NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AND WHAT I PAID FOR - WHERE I STHE FRONT DESK AND LIFTS ETC ADVISED ON YOUR WEBSITE> PLEASE TELL ME HOW I SHOULD COMMENCE A FULL REFUND REQUEST _ IS IT BOOKING>COM OR FIDALSA??

The pool and garden were aged but nice. We enjoyed the outside eating area having family meals together. The secure drive and parking were good. The villa had plenty of room for the 10 of us who stayed. It is away from the main tourist areas (which I liked) but I would recommend a hire car as a must for shopping and visiting Alicante or the beach (20 mins drive to both).

The property is aged (which can be seen in the pics) but it’s aged more when you see it close up. There are basic things not functioning such as door handles, kitchen cupboards and using the showers were challenging. I reported these to the agent team within 24 hours of arriving and they have passed this on to the maintenance team.
