Beautiful setting, great facilities for walkers on the Camino, delicious group meal with wine for a good price, cold beers for sale on arrival to drink on the giant lawn in the shadow of the basque mountains

Shared bathrooms but they were also lovely with good shower so not a huge problem

Lovely little place to stay while doing the camino. Lady on the front desk was very helpful throughout the stay

Beds were comfortable and towels were clean. Shower water was nice and hot. Lovely garden to back of hotel. Receptionist was very pleasant

The hotel is very dirty, dusty and poor value for money. It is located on an an industrial estate with extreme noise in the morning. No shops, restaurants in local vicinity. Was given a single room with a double bed in at first, prior to complaining. Hotel still uses the old style blankets which pre date back to the 1960s. The radiators had so much dirt on, they looked black instead of white. Not the best place to stay if you are asthmatic or suffer from a dust allergy. Lots of dirt and hairs behind bathroom door.

The rooms facing the greenary

Location of hotel was very bad on edge of industrial estate and near a motorway so fumes were bad. Breakfast was extra and very basic and expensive. Only one plug for charging in room. Beds were of poor quality as were the furnishings. Very overpriced for what we received.
