Please note that check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Please note that parties, disturbing guests, and loud music are not allowed. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines and expulsion. Please note that you have rented a tourist apartment. Housekeeping services are available upon request. To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity and documents of all the guests staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that pets are not allowed. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment and common areas. Please make sure that the main door is always well closed. Please note that tap water is drinkable. Please note that you should turn off the air conditioning and heating, making sure that everything is off when you are not in the apartment. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. El agua del grifo es potable. 🚫 Invitados no autorizados: No se permite alojar a personas no incluidas en la reserva.
