the location was amazing, the beach was lovely, great place would 100% go again. apartment had everything we needed.

not much really, if i needed to pick something i would say no AC in bedrooms.

The house could benefit from a bit more maintenance and from having guides to the domestic appliances.

It is in an excellent location, overlooking the beach and sea with excellent views. Only about a 7 minute walk into the main part of Campoamor, with easy access to the main beach, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The villa itself is a good size, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with good outdoor space and a terrace with table and chair facilities quite adequate for 8 people, with lovely sea views.

The bathrooms were a bit tired, the showers in particular were not that good, but did not detract from the overall experience.

The view from the property and general location.

When we arrived we were immediately faced with essential repairs. The lock on the garage door wasnt working and it was a security risk. There were also lots of other repairs required. Except for the front door no locks worked at the property. Also, the downstairs bathroom tap position for hot water didnt work at all and the shower had a curtain surround that was totally inadequate which rendered the shower unusable. Instead of sorting out the matters we were told to use another bathroom as continual use may cause flooding and damage. What!!!! We paid for it so do something about it!!. Why should that happen when we expect all of the facilities we have paid for to work and be in a usable condition. Some Fidalsa employees were good but others were rude and abysmal. I believe we were the first people to use the property for some time. However, it's obvious no proper checks within the property were made prior to its use. I spent a lot of time talking with Fidalsa over all of these issues and I believe they should refund some monies as all of the facilities were unavailable to us and I had to spend valuable time trying to sort out issues that I shouldn't have had to. By the way the towels provided were awful and as thin as paper. The hot water tank was inadequate as we constantly ran out of hot water. God only knows what we would have if there had been more us. The views from the main bedroom were so good. However, that is the only bedroom with a view. The front garden view was good too. This property is in need of some modernisation and I would start with the plumbing it's not good.

Very good location. Everything is near by. Nice patio. Garden. Beautiful balcony in the master bedroom. View on the sea is breathtaking.

One bathroom was locked/closed. Only living room on the first floor has air condition. All 4 bedrooms do NOT have air condition (only fans) . 3 bedrooms facing the hill. Impossible to sleep during the night, when outside is hot Spanish Summer and temperature is more than 30 Celsius. Property had description that barbecue is available, but when we asked about it, got answer: not available for quests. Communication with host via WhatsApp was far from the perfect. Lack of instruction “how to use...”. Example: if opening the garage gate to enter the garage is different then exit, the instruction should be provided. We had to ask neighbor.
