"Kein fließendes Wasser und mangelhafter Service."

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Bei unserem Aufenthalt funktionierte im Zimmer kein bzw. nur sehr eingeschränkt Wasser – weder am Waschbecken noch in der Dusche oder bei der Toilette. Eine normale Nutzung des Badezimmers war dadurch praktisch nicht möglich. Technische Probleme können natürlich passieren. Wirklich enttäuschend ist jedoch der Umgang mit der Reklamation: Trotz mehrerer E-Mails und einer Fristsetzung habe ich bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung vom Hotel erhalten. Fließendes Wasser gehört zu den grundlegendsten Leistungen eines Hotels. Dass auf eine sachliche Beschwerde überhaupt nicht reagiert wird, ist sehr enttäuschend.
