The damp caravan smell.

The location and the view are both excellent. Parking on site is very good with a good amount of space. We were greeted personally (nice touch) and shown to the property with an explanation of the main facilities. The towels provided are large and soft.

Overall, the property is rather dated and looks in need of a little TLC. The lounge was a little too full of furniture for it's size.

Everything about this holiday apartment site is very good. The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable with everything that we needed. The location is wonderful close to the Brixham harbour breakwater, the view from our apartment was absolutely stunning. Not too far to walk into Brixham which took us around 15 to 29 minutes and a bonus is that it’s a nice flat walk into the town and harbour once you drop down a short slope to the harbour level walkway from the apartment building this element only takes around 5 minutes. There is also a local bus service with the bus stop directly in front of the building.

Host was very friendly, location was excellent, has parking. Views from the apartment are great, a wonderful view of the harbour - just a tiny walk to the sea front.
