"Exceptional"

Very friendly, helpful host. Off road parking. Good location, but you may need a car as it's away from everything, which was great as it was very quiet. Breakfast cereal and milk provided. Spotlessly clean and very warm.

Everything was spot on, just what was needed.

If I’m being very picky, just the shower wasn’t very powerful, not the end of the world, and not worth not booking the property again, as I definitely would.

Comfortable, cosy, private, relaxing. Located about 7 miles from Tain where we enjoyed a terrific dinner at the Platform Pub restaurant. Maureen and Cameron are terrific hosts.
