Inn the Woods Bed and Breakfast

What a gem! Inn the Woods is a lovely B&B very close to the FDR home and museum, the Vanderbilt mansion, and so much more. The hosts provided thoughtful touches in our room, such as a small fridge with bottled water, bedside lamps with USB ports, and plenty of hooks in the bathroom. And the breakfasts! Absolutely delicious and all made personally by our host. He even catered to my husband's unfortunate meat allergy by *making* turkey sausage patties to go with the eggs. We highly recommend Inn the Woods!

Convenient location in a beautiful and quiet wooded setting. The room was clean and very comfortable. An excellent full, cooked breakfast was offered daily, different items each day, home baked muffins and scones. Gracious host. We would stay here again.

Such a wonderful place. Quiet, out of the way yet close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the best sleeps we've ever had in a hotel. The host was very friendly and a fantastic cook. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Highly recommend the Hotel Inn the Woods!

A unique, comfortable and quiet B&B hosted by Harry, an excellent chef who is knowledgeable about the area. We saw nothing but woods from our bedroom windows and enjoyed expertly prepared full breakfasts. It was fun to chat with the couple staying in the other room while we all enjoyed leisurely, delicious breakfasts. The location is also perfect for exploring the Hudson Valley area.

Our 2-night stay was absolutely amazing, the bed was soft and comfy. Our Host Harry served the most delicious breakfast, and his service was far better than you find in restaurants. We would certainty stay her again.
