Todo muy ordenado y limpio. El desayuno era escaso. Cercano a todos los sitios de interés históricos y turístico y el Puerto. También cerca de la estación central de Palermo (20' a pie). Los baños individuales pero fuera de la habitación, muy bien equipados y limpios.

Pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner, salle de bain et toilettes au bout du couloir, pas d'isolation donc très bruyant.

Staff are nice : Etrio was available to answer any question by whatsap, he responded quickly and always tried to help. Room super clean : bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Great location : in the center , close to the beach and historical center

Its not a hotel : no reception . You have someone who comes to do the checkin , thats it. Make sure you communicate your arrival time.

We were able to do an earlier check-in which was highly appreciated. The location of the place is great, city center in walking distance.

The bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet seat is stained yellow (should be changed, it’s not a big investment). We can only hope that the shower was cleaned before us using it. Overall, the bathroom situation was not great. It is a seperate room and you have to walk across the entire hallway to reach it. It is called B&B but breakfast is not even offered. There is a common room with a dining table and a microwave but no sink.
