A estadia teria sido ótima, não fosse o furto do meu guarda-chuva de carbono (de alto valor). Deixei-o no local indicado pelos funcionários, que me transmitiram segurança, e desapareceu no espaço de apenas 1 hora. O mais grave foi a atitude pós-incidente: o alojamento tinha meios para identificar o autor do furto, mas escolheu não o fazer. Ignoraram as minhas chamadas e mensagens, demonstrando uma total falta de profissionalismo e responsabilidade perante o cliente.

Tudo , tudo maravilhoso! Funcionários atenciosos, simpáticos e sempre disponíveis. Comida maravilhosa tanto no restaurante como no room service . Spa e massagens maravilhosas e temperatura da piscina é a ideal. Limpeza impecável. E uma paz e silêncio inigualável.

I wanted to visit this hotel ever since I saw it on Design Hotels and on Instagram, so I booked a specific room and we traveled from Lisbon for it. Check-in was seamless and even though the room I wanted wasn’t available at first, the staff were very professional, patient and polite. They showed me the room and even offered to have it cleaned quickly so we could take it. However, another equivalent mirror room turned out to be one I liked even more, so we stayed with the initially allocated room. Excellent service from breakfast to dinner in their restaurant. I had expected less because I saw some feedback on Booking about portion sizes, but everything exceeded expectations: food was great, portions were not small at all and again the staff were very helpful, attentive and caring without ever being intrusive. We didn’t try the spa or the swimming pool, but those also looked great. The fireplaces throughout the hotel have a cozy, wooden smell. Breakfast had a great selection, including a separate à-la-carte menu. I especially liked the baked apples with cinnamon. And of course, the room I booked was beautifully designed, exactly what I hoped to see, with a very comfortable bed, crisp bedsheets, a balcony view, concrete walls and a glass wall. The weather was quite cold and the staff immediately turned the heater up, even brought an additional one without hesitation. To conclude, the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer because we had a flight back. I will definitely return if I’m in the area again. Thank you for your service.

Everything was great. As my boyfriend said when the staff asked what they could improve: “the gratin was so tasty but small.” There was really nothing to improve except its size, but we were mostly joking of course.

Num hotel de luxo sentimos o conforto de nossa casa. Maravilhoso! Simpatia e atenção de todos os funcionários !

Vista maravilhosa, quarto e áreas comuns confortáveis, as refeições no restaurante foram excelentes (e foram extremamente cuidadosos e atenciosos com a confecção quando mencionei que estava grávida), mas o ponto alto foi sem dúvida a amabilidade de todos os funcionários.
