Établissement très central, à deux pas du Sarangani Temple , proche des commerces et d'un excellent restaurant " pure veg" le Gauri Krishna et malgré tout calme car situé dans une rue peu passante Bon accueil, la chambre (305),de bonne taille, est agréable et la literie confortable Eau chaude dans la salle de bain le matin (mais demander à la réception si vous n'en avez pas car c'est eux qui la mette en " marche" , elle n'est pas disponible H 24) , ascenseur à disposition Propreté OK

Rien en particulier C'est un hôtel très correct au centre de Kumbakonam et situé dans une rue calme

Used bedsheet, toilet was smelling, blanket awesome dirty.

Location was good. Floor staff (not receptionists) were nice.

The receptionist she was so so rude to us right from the start. The other receptionist (male) was also very rude. The toilet system does not have proper plumbing so the toilet leaks onto the floor and recirculates wastewater (black water when flushing) so the whole bathroom had a horrible smell - had to keep the door shut and fan on 24/7. The bathroom also is not clean at all to the point where public bathrooms are better..

Ventilation in common areas.

The hotel is a budget hotel. It was economical. The staff were very responsive and helpful. The room was clean. Though the hotel did not have a restaurant, the staff quickly arranged coffee from a nearby restaurant.

I had to call the reception for almost everything. There was no towel. The AC remote was not working. The water heater indicator did not work. The reception had control of the equipment. They switched off the water heater and AC. I had to take a cold shower as the indicator was not working.

Just about ok for a stop off, I was just here for the chola temple which is a tuck tuck ride away.

The room definitely has seen better days and could do with a fresh coat of paint! Also I couldn’t get the Giza working so no hot water!
