Easy to get in and out. Quiet. We requested early check-in before going and received a message that the room was ready about 2 hours early. We were very satisfied.

I don't like these very thin pillows, but that's a personal thing for me. Some people might like them. Or, you could keep a spare pillow in the cupboard in the room.
