La ubicación y trato del personal. Vista al mar. Tienen café, té y unos muffins en el hall principal.

Los ruidos de otras habitaciones o del hall de entrada se escuchan muy fuerte ya que las paredes son de durlock. El bar de abajo tiene música en vivo hasta las 12am todos los días y luego continúa con música adentro, más el bullicio o gritos de las personas que concurren.
