Not much! The porter was friendly and helpful.

Lack of interest by Booking.com in sorting out problems. Apathy by front desk staff. Disagreement on parking arrangements handled poorly. Requirement to pay for parking. I don't think many people walk there. Room was dark and very hot on arrival - not very inviting. No Toilet spray. No soap in bath dispenser. A non-slip rubber mat is required for the bath when used as a shower. Poor service in restaurant. Ridiculous floor construction arrangement in bathroom. Dangerous to say the least. WI-FI not working - was out of order for a number of days we were informed. I was kept awake by the noise of what was seemingly an air conditioner switching on and off throughout the night.

There was no toilet paper in our room. We have been there plenty of times, but last night was not a good experience. The food was not good. When we wanted to order a salad, the waiter was a little bit rude and did not allow us to order a salad. And she kept on wanted to take our drinks when we were still busy drinking it

The premises. The food. The room. Everything was lovely will revisit!

Aircon didnt work but was quickly sorted out with mobile aircon that worked very well.

Security

The room had lots of cockroaches,beds were not stable,No fridge and curtains don’t have laces so you cannot open them. Only single beds. Old linen with stains.

Tranquil, friendly professional staff, very clean rooms. Suprisingly a good renovation of an old building. Pool area beautiful. Sign boards top quality. Secure parking

Windows were cracked and in need of replacement as it is rusting. Upgrade of windows will make a huge difference and complement the rest of the upgrade efforts.
