The coin operated washer/dryer in the unit didn't work. No messages/alternatives. We were counting on the washing machine to help us with our Camino clothing. It was a big disappointment.

Really spacious and very well equipped apartment. Great value for money. Directly on Camino Frances route.

Comfy beds, easy to book, great host, nice bathroom, good common area

The washer on the top floor did not work(or was not hooked up), did not state that there was a shared bathroom,

Rooms were good size. Lots of space between the living room, kitchen and bedrooms/bathrooms you have a whole floor of a building to yourselves. It was very confusing at first, but you get the layout pretty quick. Wifi was good. It is on the Main Street in Arzua, which is great for getting around. But bad because the traffic, particularly large trucks that go all night long.

No major issues. Elevator is a single person lift. The unit we had was on the 3rd floor…we opted to take the stairs instead.
