We have found errors in the navigation maps and we invite you to use Google Maps by typing Residence Eleonora and not the address, we are inside a calle and not visible from the street, next to the Trattoria Momolo. Guests arriving to the property by car are advised to enter the following coordinates in their GPS navigation system: 45.22189980565352, 12.29358968147585 During the summer, generally from mid-May to mid-September, the facility offers you a changing room, umbrella and 2 sun loungers included in the price. Our facility does not have an elevator and for safety reasons we accept children aged 6 and up. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Sono tornata per la seconda volta e non me ne sono pentita. La struttura è pulita e curata, l’appartamento è confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, un plus che fa sempre la differenza. Comodissima la vicinanza al parcheggio e alla spiaggia. Lo consiglio senza esitazione a chi cerca un posto affidabile dove tornare volentieri.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Inhaber sind super freundlich. Danke Alesandro und Chiara. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Ihnen. Parkplatz war im Preis enthalten, Frühstück und eigene Strandkabine mit Schirm und Liegen ebenfalls. Einfach super. 👍 Übrigens die eigene Pizzeria ist ein absoluter Tip. Sehr lecker. 😋 Das Zimmer und das Bad waren super und im industrial Look eingerichtet. Top.

"Tolles Appartement, tolle Gestgeber"

Sehr gute Lage, tolles Appartement, (besonders die Terrasse), modern und neuwerig eingerichtet, gute Klimaanlage, komplette Küche, tägliche Reinigung (keine Küchenreinigung), 3. Stock ohne Lift, seitlicher Meerblick, Gästeparkplatz, 5 Minuten zum Meer inkl. Liegen und Schirm.

Wir hatten Baulärm vom Nachbarhaus (ab 07.00 Uhr früh).

Pulizia ottima, camera completamente ristrutturata con tutti i confort, posizione pittoresca e vicinissima alla spiaggia. Ottima esperienza, ci tornerei.

Tutto un po’ meno la modalità della colazione inclusa .. anche se nulla da dire sulla qualità del prodotto

Forse migliorerei la colazione il prodotto è di qualità ma poca varietà se si sta più di due giorni la stessa brioche diventa “ noiosa “ e anche dover chiedere il bicchier d’acqua infastidisce era un sistema che andava bene forse durante il covid ora si potrebbe by passare e considerando che la colazione in albergo è uno dei momenti migliori della vacanza in questo caso non darei un 10 ma è stato tutto il resto perfetto quindi do 10
