The staff was prompt and allocated us the room quickly.

This hotel is located in an alley which makes it difficult for anyone to locate it using Google maps.

Nothing. They didn’t even give me the room. Staff was very very rude. Didn’t want to explain why they are not giving me the room. Nor were they interested to give me in writing that they are not going to give me a room. Very very rude people.

The rooms are not the ones on the pictures…. Super unfriendly staff at arrival. The staff in the restaurant and bar were kind! It was not super clean, we had to ask 3 times for toilet paper! The bucket for shower was really dirty

It was just not as advertised.

We called several times for room services but response of staffs are very poor and lethargy specially we could not get the WI FI connection during our entire stay.

Attend the customer immediately and response on time

Unable to pay with a foreign card, which is misinformation from the booking that states Visa and Mastercard are possible.

The food and staff were good.

Gym was too small.
