Genesis was so nice to deal with. Very accommodating! She gave us another room as soon as we reported a string dumpy smell in the one we had asigned. The place is good quality for the money.

The smell in the toilet pipes is quite strong and you need to clean your own bins with the used toilet paper . They won't offer a cleaning service.

I liked the location, the property and the security and the feeling of the place. It was convenient for a short stay and we could park our car inside. The host and attendants were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable but very small (just a double). Good water pressure! All was very clean and tidy!

The standard studio was nice but very tight. It had all we needed but they could not fit a sink in the bathroom and there is no ventilation in the bathroom. It offers a kitchen but there is barely space to chop things. It is convenient if you are going to have most of your meals out and if you are travelling with little luggage. The rooms are very close together so you hear guess coming back at night.

Out of the chaos of downtown, nice to be out of the tourist zone but close enough to walk to everything. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp with any questions or help needed. The courtyard was very clean and quiet. Great to have a kitchenette in the room, nice shower with hot water.

Typical city street noises, not the fault of the hotel.
