What a pleasant stay! Erasmo and his mamma are very warm people - from the first second I felt welcomed and home. The house and rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Close to the historical center and without much traffic in front, you will find the perfect location to stay in Itri. The breakfast was various (sweet & savory) and very delicious with homemade cakes, fresh fruit and super attentive service of both. Grazie mille, I will definitely return whenever I'm back in Itri!

"Brilliant and cheerful - fantastic host"

Erasmus was super helpful from before check-in to departure. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat. The room was very comfortable, clean and bright. Breakfast was wonderful with lovely homemade cakes, delicious yoghurt and cereal.

"Perfect spot to stay in Itri"

The PERFECT Spot to stay for walking the Via Francigena or anyone visiting Itri. The host, Erasmo was so helpful in telling me all about Itri. He made me feel so welcome and the room was very comfortable. Homemade cake made by his Mom was offered on arrival. What is better than that?

Simona und Erasmo sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Sie helfen in alles Fragen. Aber nicht nur das. Auch das Frühstück ist mit sehr viel Hingabe zusammengestellt. Für mich als Pilger war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Danke für alles.

Struttura moderna e accogliente con manutenzione impeccabile. Nella stanza tutto è ben disposto. Ci sono anche le tapparelle elettriche. La struttura è gestita da una famiglia e la signora prepara dei dolci squisiti che offre per colazione. È stato un piacevole soggiorno. Ci sono anche dei parcheggi a servizio della struttura.

Praticamente nulla, forse il materasso a mio avviso un po' troppo rigido ma penso sia una sensazione personale.
