Super clean and Simona and her son could not do enough. Home made cakes and garden produce at breakfast, maps advice and transfers to and from Itri station. Belissimo

- The staff! It's a family bussiness, so you feel quite like home. They are also so helpful! I had beautiful conversation after breakfast with the children (a young man and a young woman), got some information and I was really happy to talk to local people, getting information from their point of view. I always feel as a human being with a touch of kindness this family offered. Mother cooked delicious breakfast! I got 3 cups of Americano too! Since I came by walking with foot, father (and son) took a ride and dropped me in the station after check out. For free! The son was so good in giving detail informations, example: platform of the train, if I knew how to use vending machine for buying ticket, etc. What an hospitality! For a solo traveller who came from a very different culture it was such a heart warming experience visiting Italy. I felt relieved after visiting crowded cities. ☺️ - Location. I could see a castle from my room before I went to sleep and after I woke up in the morning. There are some hills around, beautiful! For people who don't like crowded places like big cities, Itri is a good option to take a rest before continuing the journey. - The room itself. Super clean! It had amenities more than I expected, like refrigerator, a terrace with view, hanger to hang wet clothes-towels-clothes. Free towels, cold AC, a lamp near bed-on the table, socket near bed, etc. Perfect! - I'm quite critical person, but I really recommend this place to relax your soul.

I spent only one night there. When I wanted to book for another night, it's already fully booked. But sure I'll come back again if there's any opportunity. 🙃

Great b&b in centre of a little town. Owners were great, very kind and helpfull. Breakfast was best what we had in whole trip in italy! Homemade goods and croissant&cafe.

we liked everything including the owners. mother and son team. the son spoke enough English to get by.

The location was perfect and the accommodation was superb
