CZThe owner is absolutely amazing, he let us come earlier and then stay longer than 10am, was super helpful with everything - at the beginning of our stay we had a slight issue with wifi, which we later learned was destroyed during a storm a day earlier. However, when we contacted the owners, they swiftly resolved the issue. They even come and take out trash and clean your room everyday of your stay. The owner is available at the property every morning so its really easy to reach him in case of a problem. The location is convenient, theres a market about 3 min away by walk, also you are in a walking distance from the party centre of Laganas but far away as to not be exposed to the noise. Really recommend!
NLThe appartement was not bad, though it needs some renovation. We missed some kitchen accessories & appliances, but the host Agamemnonas was very helpful & attended to our requests immediately. The location from the center of Laganas is almost 30 minutes by walking & Zante center 45 minutes, so you definitely need a car. The surrounding is very quiet & with lots of green & trees. So all in all it wasn't bad for the price we paid.
The balcony view was nice & quiet but a bit small. Sitting with 4 was not possible. The fridge door was broken & the wc seat as well, but the host fixed it the next day when we complained.

ROROThe cleaning lady came very often(I'm not sure, but I think almost every day) For me, the facility was enough for a beach focused trip and it had an amazing price comparing to other locations The hosts (Denis and his dad) were very willing to help at any moment of the day. Also, the AC works and it is included in price (which I saw it's a common problem of hidden costs for other locations) I strongly recommend to rent an ATV(quad)/Scooter(Moped) Luckily, the weather was perfect Mid-September for a person who doesn't like the extreme heat
