We love the pool...

The key cards did not work half the time. And one of the evening staff was very rude. The toilet in the first room did not work. Staff told me to go to the office and pick up a plunger for me to plunge the toilet, which did not need plunging it needed a new toilet.

Location stores close and the freeways

Check in process the lady was very rude. Got a room that wasn’t the one I ordered. Got one bed instead of two had to go up three floors on the stairs because they only had one elevator and was so far away from the room that I got on the third floor had to carry all my stuff up the stairs back-and-forththe room smell like smoke I asked for a non-smoking room. The sink in the bathroom had a strong order like sewer. They did not replaced bathroom towels until the fourth day. Internet wasn’t working properly so I couldn’t work in my computer. I would never come back to this place again.
