Great staff! Very friendly and helpful.. very good breakfast and restaurant options

The rooms shown in the booking was misguiding. Room was smaller and didn’t look anything like the pictures. The gym and pool was very disappointing!

La atención del personal muy buena, el desayuno buffet estaba delicioso, muy buen distribuido y variado. Las instalaciones estaban impecables tal cual las imágenes, todo muy limpio y ordenado.

A mini fridge in the room was one of the reasons for booking this hotel, the electric kettle was a lovely bonus. I loved how clean and big the bathroom was, and the even more perfect sized room with AC. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. To top it all off, having a 24-hour OXXO across the street made this the absolute best choice. I will definitely stay here again!

Sometimes, there were random noises from the AC and elsewhere on the floor (we were on the 8th), but we're used to stuff like that, so it didn't bother us too much. It's worth noting for guests who prefer more quiet, though.

Kamer 809. Het bed was groot, firm en stevig zoals ik van hou en goed op kan slapen. Het hotel is verouderd maar daar is de prijs dan ook naar. Het ontbijt kan een stuk beter, de eieren in de ochtend waren niet smaakvol. Het uitzicht van de kamer was erg mooi. De mensen bij het ontbijt waren erg vriendelijk. De hygiëne en schoonmaak was ook prima in orde.

De douche was slecht, deze bleef veranderen uit zichzelf tot veel te hete en koude temperaturen: in mijn opinie ouderdom. Het ontbijt kan een stuk beter, de eieren in de ochtend waren niet smaakvol geprepareerd maar eerder vies, ook wat groter assortiment zou fijn zijn tijdens ontbijt.
