The flat was clean, well stocked and in a good location. Ordinarily it would have been rated very high but for some niggles.

The host that greeted us left us on the street for 45 mins. It would appear she had her headphones on and could not hear the buzzer. She then spent approximately 2 mins with us explaining a few things then left. We didn't get any appreciation of the flat facilities or local amenities. Secondly, the flat is a little tired - the door handle in the bathroom fell off. The electrics flicker and there are exposed wires on a plug in the small bedroom. A little attention to the small things in the flat and a little more attention on arrival would hugely improve the experience for us.

Appartamento bellissimo, molto spazioso, ben arredato e molto pulito. C'è una vera cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici incluse lavastoviglie e lavasciuga, e l'appartamento ha anche un posto auto nel garage condominiale. Decisamente il top!!!

Appartamento molto bello e ben curato, ben accessoriato e pulito. Posto auto nello stabile. Passeggiata di 30 minuti per arrivare in centro.

The apartment was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, and having the possibility to park nearby is a real bonus in such a big city. Alberto and the staff were extremely kind and helpful – always available online with recommendations and quick answers to any questions we had. Just a small note: the pillow was a bit too firm for our taste, and the bathroom door handle was slightly broken. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Good location. Antonio was great and met us at the entrance for easy and helpful check-in. The apartment was very comfortable for four of us. Clean bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Location is excellent. The apartment has everything you need and Ms Olga on staff did a great job of communicating with us on our stay. We had an oops when leaving the apartment for an evening tour, we left a key in the inside of the apartment not realizing that doing so complicated our return when entering but luckily we realized it before we actually need to return which would of been late. Ms Olga went into action and everything turned out alright. Thank you again
