"Quiet centrally located modern apartment with free parking"

Great central location but very very quiet. The beds were super comfortable and we slept really well. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean, modern and well maintained. Underground parking available free of charge.

Short on hooks - there was nowhere to hang coats and the towel hooks in the bathroom didn’t work. Put some hooks up and the apartment will be perfect :)

A lovely Apartment, well located to access all the sites of Seville. A bonus of a car parking space. The apartment was very homely and had all the necessary facilities for our stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

"Great option if you drive by car, really not far from all tourists' attractions of the city"

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment. It is situated not far from the historical sites (15 minutes by walk) in a modern building with the free garage. It's very comfortable if you drive by car. The apartment is cozy, stylish, comfortable, and modern equipped. It has all necessary for a living.

Complete appartement with good amenities. Free parking spot available. 15 min walk to city center

Owner was 30 min late to arrive and unclear where to wait because of a busy one-way street with no parking spots. Apartment was still being cleaned and had to wait another 30 min.

"Very comfortable apartment for a couple or young family"

Very well presented apartment that included secure parking. Quiet location, but central to major sites and the old town. Good airconditioning which was very much appreciated. Basic cleaning and tea/coffee items were supplied. The location was excellent for easy entry/exit from the city if you’re driving.

The explanation of facilities was a bit rushed so we struggled with the washer/dryer, and then the exit from the car park. 2nd bedroom was very small, it would be difficult for a couple and their luggage

it was a very comfortable apartment. it was clean and we felt at home right away. the location was great - everything in walking distance. and we really appreciated the parking lot in the building.

nothing ;) but maybe you could install mosquito nets on the windows 👍🏻
