The sunset room is nicely decorated and has a nice bathtub, a comfortable bed, and a smart TV with Netflix. and have a very big breakfast set

1. No privacy at all, very awkward view from the opposite room and the bridge Although there is a sea view, but also see the opposite room with clear glass and the people that walk on the bridge. Our room has clear glass, and the opposite room has clear glass too. Causing us to close the curtains all the time, not enjoying the view 2. Found many cockroaches in one night. The room area is very dirty. the room next to us takes food scraps out to the front of their room at night and there are no staff to collect any of their garbage, which attracts many cockroaches that finally they entered in our room 3. No night staff, no phone, can't contact reception at night We want staff to get rid of cockroaches and dump the garbage from the next room, but very difficult to contact

They placed us in the units which was there old room.. The room was absolutely terrible. Old. Rundown. Just was not worth the money I paid for. The photos of the hotel must be 10 years old, which they are using in booking.com and that is false advertising and I would like part payment money return to me please
