Liked the rustic rooms. Not happy with there cancellation policy
The property was really nice. We loved the shuttle service. However, to get a 5 star rating from us you would need to, at minimum, supply guests with hot coffee in the lobby of each lodge in the mornings.
Big Cedar Lodge has accommodations for any family/group size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They truly try to have entertainment for kids to adults. Food was delicious at the restaurants that we went to. You can be as busy or relaxed as you want to be.
The beds and pillows are absolutely horrible. I woke up feeling like I was hit by a truck. If I stay again, I will strongly consider bringing my own pillows at minimum.

We usually come at Christmas but now adding a second annual trip in spring/summer. Love the resort.
Amazing!!! Love this resort. I just wish bathrooms were updated They are a bit out dated. Also, the carpet in the room I wish it was some sort of wood Other than that loved it. Would definitely come back.
