"PERFECT HOSTS, EXCEPTIONAL B&B, ACCOMODATION, COMFORT, FOOD, & LOCATION"

EVERYTHING, Jane and Tony are the PERFECT hosts, so good I would say they are the best hosts I have ever stayed with (I will be back before the year is out). My overriding feeling was as if I was a valued Friend and for me that is key to my feeling of wellbeing. My room was so spacious, bed comfort excellent, three chairs, one at a desk, two with a table by the window with a lovely tree lined park and west facing as well as a large shower room with a very large open plan shower tray Breakfast is exceptional, in presentation and taste with real and tasty produce. At the quiet end of town, close to the beach and two wonderful tree lined grassy park and yet only 20 minutes walk to the Grand Pier. BEST OF ALL, are hosts Jane & Tony

My wife stayed and loved everything. Extra day added with no fuss. Great breakfast. lovely room. Owners so helpful they drove my wife to her destination when it was raining. Wish I could have been there too

What a lovely place this is run by a lovely couple. Massive bright room overlooking the park in a quiet area 20 min walk from the pier area. Very clean, lovely comfy bed, big clean comfortable bathroom . Motorbike friendly with off street parking. Tony gave us a lift into town which was nice of him. Great breakfast. The whole experience was spot on. Definately deserves top marks! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful room with park view. Hosts made us very welcome with a pot of tea. Friendly hosts. Great breakfast.

The heating didn’t work but there was a heater in the cupboard.

Beautiful garden view ,overlooking the park. Our room was a very good size ,comfy bed ,no shortage of tea coffee milk etc. Well cooked breakfast and service with a smile and a chat.
