Great hosts . Stunning house with off road parking in quiet location 10 minutes flat walk to shops and 5 mins from seafront.. Rooms immaculate and really comfy and spacious with lovely view over park. Large bright bathroom. Delicious breakfast.

Fabulous spacious very comfortable attractive room overlooking the park. Quiet & peaceful. Everything top quality. Lovely easy to operate walk-in shower. Onsite parking. Fabulous breakfast with allergies & preferences catered for. Very welcoming helpful friendly hosts. Short walk past the park to the seafront.

Jane and Tony were both lovely hosts - they were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the start and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! The room was as it looked on pictures, very clean and comfortable.

We have just arrived home after a 3 night stay at The Park B&B. Wow!! Absolutely brilliant! That’s the best way to describe our stay! Jane & Tony were wonderful hosts who make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in the door. From arriving to leaving they really went out their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The house is absolutely stunning inside and out and is immaculately clean. Our room was gorgeous and had a lovely view over parkland. The bed was so comfortable with luxurious bedding and tea and coffee making facilities with an excellent choice of coffee, teas and also hot chocolate plus biscuits. There was a television, radio and reading material. Also a hairdryer was available if needed. The en suite shower room was really lovely and had a large walk in shower. There were plenty of thick fluffy towels supplied and also top quality toiletries. There was an excellent choice for breakfast. We had homemade granola which was absolutely delicious with yogurt and berries. The cooked breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection, with quality sausages and thick cut bacon. There was plenty of toast and butter plus homemade jam and marmalade. Also a choice of fresh juices, tea and cafetière coffee. Jane recommended restaurants and also places to visit whilst we were there. All in all a fantastic break in the best B&B we have ever been to in England! We arrived as strangers but definitely feel like we have left as friends. Jane & Tony, We will be back 😁
