Citadines Bay City Manila

Really enjoyed Breakfast! Pool & Gym were nice, Restaurant in the evening actually served really good food but it wasn’t busy.

If you are looking for a bar to hang out alone, i couldn’t really find it in this hotel. The bar downstairs at the reception offers it limited. Everything else was superb.

Couldn't use the facilities after we checked out but before we left for the airport. Seems like they could have been more accommodating to travelers. Also within walking distance to the Asia Mall.

Staff are absolutely amazing!!! They go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable here. Very attentive and accommodating

Room cleaning could be a little better, but not to bad as it was. No need to use plastic around toilet paper tissues, the the benefit of using refilling water can to save useing plastic bottles goes away.. Be consistent for environmental concerns.

Amazing staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Restaurants inside. Great food. Nice location near stores, near airport.

Wish we could stay longer! This is an excellent hotel
