Villa sea breeze was such a a lovely place to stay for our last couple of nights in Sri Lanka. It's in a great location for the airport and the beach/lagoon but very quiet. The pool was huge and deep enough for a proper swim. The outdoor area was really well done and it was lovely to have the space to ourselves. The villa bedrooms are decorated really nicely with lots of Sri Lanka art and felt very homely. The beds were huge and really comfy and the aircon was great and very quiet. The owner met us with the keys and showed us round. There was a great functioning kitchen with tea/coffee and milk provided and cold water. Nothing too much trouble as usual in this wonderful country. We ordered lunch to be delivered by the pool, from a local restaurant (Uber eats tuk tuk!!) and both evenings went to Dutch Trails restaurant by the lagoon. This was very classy and lots of seafood and other western and Sri kankan dishes. But very reasonable price and of course great service. The villa owner arranged for a tuk tuk for us to get there would highly recommend for a bit if r and r before or after the airport.

"Quiet location , on the beach."

Space, lovely pool. Good facilities. Owner very helpful. Peaceful location, small beach bar just a short walk from villa.

Nothing really. Unfortunately there is a small rubbish tip to the back of the villa but there’s nothing the owner could do about that. We just looked the other way!

Nice isolated property and no disturbance. Good sized rooms for group upto 8. Pool is good but too deep on one side. Sea is near and sound of the sea is soothing.

Only 2 rooms have attached bathrooms. Breakfast is very basic. Getting an Uber is hard. The host can get tuk tuks and taxi and demand. Please advise him in advance.

The host's hospitality was wonderful and I felt very relaxed. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of beautiful and delicious fruits and fruit juices. We very much enjoyed our stay in this large and lovely villa. My kids loved the private pool. There were floats and water guns, and the children were very happy. There was a washing machine and they also lent me a rope to dry my clothes, which was very helpful. My kids said they had the most fun staying here.

It would have been nice if the water pressure in the shower was a little stronger.
