We really enjoyed our stay the Sanctuary guest house, very beautiful place, the rooms were very clean and spacious, they were so kind enough to let us check in at 11:00am

We had a wonderful welcome from Rino the owner of the Lodge when we arrived. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Lovely views and good location as not far into V&A waterfront about 10mins on Uber or can use the Local bus which we found to be safe. Full English Breakfast with choice of cereals and fruit, juices, coffee and teas was provided. There are local shops and a restaurants within walking distance for.dinner. Canal Walk Mall is 10min uber away a huge Mall with all shopping needs. Rino also arranged excursions for us with a reliable transporter. Had an absolutely wonderful time. We would like to thank Rino and his staff for a great stay.

Not that it was a problem but perhaps a choice of pillows as they were very soft.

Wonderful stay at The Sanctuary Guest House – highly recommended! We stayed for 2 days at The Sanctuary and had a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful – always ready to assist with tips and recommendations. The location is perfect if you’re exploring Cape Town: it’s close enough to the city but away from the hustle, and taking an Uber was super convenient (and much easier than dealing with the busy traffic ourselves!). We would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone visiting the area. A real gem – we’ll be back! Thank you for a memorable stay!
