Staff were very Friendly- On arrival someone met us at the car Park- Information on the stay given to us in details- Suitcases taken to our rooms. Light refreshments offered.

The villa was good, staff was amazing and service was excellent. The breakfasrt was good and comes on time.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made organising the stay easy. The bathroom was nice, with good water pressure and hot water that lasted. Outdoor seating was good. The breakfast included was good.

The overall quality of the build was not great. Things were falling apart. The mattress was bent and damaged. Not what I expected for the price and luxury title. There were nails in the flooring, which my partner cut his foot on. The pool bridge had rust on it, and the lights in the pool were broken. Overall was an okay stay, but not worth the price.

The lovely staff provide us with information and welcome drink when we arrived, she took us to the room and showed us all falicities and taught us how to use the key. very happy with the service , thank you

The quality of the villa was poor. Paint was flaking off outside and inside. and ended up in the pool. Sealing around glass doors was very poor. There were issues everyday. The AC's leaked. Causing tripping out of electrical circuits, The pool timer worked intermittently. The pool water fall never worked. The sofa was filthy and required a bed sheet to be used to cover it! Overall the quality of the facility was very poor and hence not good value for money. If had not been due to the staff we would have moved!
