The room was dirty and I had to keep my socks on while walking around the room. There were chipped tiles and a broken toilet seat. Very disgusting!
The stay was extremely last min and i didn't expect it to be the greatest but the rooms are not well kept. Walls and doors were dirty, holes in the floor and wall, phone didn't have a dial tone or even have buttons. If its just a bed, that's what you get.
I stay here quite a bit on business and honestly you can't beat the price especially for the exceptional quality you get. Xenia always takes care of me & shes got quite a cute smile which makes it even better lol. Staff is always friendly and ready to take care of you as well as rooms always clean.
horrible customer services. 2/3 bedrooms i went to had roaches. the third room didn’t but it did have multiple wholes in the wall.
Nice affordable and comfortable rooms. Great for a few hours of rest and nice shower without breaking your pockets.

The outlet is the bathroom didn’t work and there was no water pressure in the shower. The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold enough to keep our food cold. Clock was set at the wrong time. The room was clean at least.
The property was very busy & there was only one gentleman on staff during check-in. It took nearly 30 minutes before I could check in. We were all ushered into a small room just before you get to the lobby, and had to yell through a thick glass window. It did not seem safe nor private. The next morning, I walked to the office and attempted to go to the lobby to get coffee, and the manager yelled through the window that they don’t have coffee nor juice on site and that the lobby was closed! She was very rude & unprofessional, and when I asked her name, she simply said, “I’m the manager what do you need?” When I checked in I felt completely fine and when I woke up the next morning I had severe allergies and could barely breathe. The room was not clean… not because of the cleaning crew, but just in general.
Dirty dirty dirty and the people at the hotel next to it that I wasted my money on bc they are cleaner have horrible service. Bad area!
