Staff was wonderful and the room was very clean!

Great place to stay! Drove from Seattle to Lake Tahoe for family reunion. Stopped at this hotel overnight both going down and coming home. Both times Denise checked us in at the front desk and she was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were super clean, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast included the next morning was really good. Lots of variety to choose from. From scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy, all sorts of breads and bagels to toast (if you want) to hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cream cheese, jams, dry cereal and milk, pastries, and fresh to make waffles with syrup. Also, hot coffee and teas. Something for everyone for sure!! There is also a casino and gas station in the adjacent parking lot. Gas prices were reasonable. Didn’t go to the casino. Hotel was updated and 3 floors high with elevators. Would stay here again if ever down that way with no hesitation. Would highly recommend!!

We stayed on night on our way from crater lake to bend. It was easy clean very very conscientious and the front desk was very helpful

Loved this hotel! It was very comfy and relaxing. The front desk host was very helpful and welcoming! We loved the pool and hot tub. Overall had a great experience in a beautiful location!!

Awesome place to stay very clean and friendly staff great breakfast. Casino has really good BBQ ribs. Yes I will be back.

Rooms were clean and nice. But a lot of stomping going on above us.

The person that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. She even called shortly after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory

Doors were noisy upon closing. Could hear doors closing beginning at 5AM. Dinning options were limited to the Casino. While the food was good, it would have been nice to have other options.
