Great, friendly, knowledgable and informative staff. Good location in the old town and a five to ten minute walk from the new town, spotlessly clean, lovely decor and furnishings, excellent buffet style breakfast with good options for vegans.

A relaxed, warm and welcoming hotel, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The atmosphere feels effortless rather than staged, and the people who run it set the tone — genuinely friendly, open, and generous in their hospitality. The location is as good as it gets: right in the heart of Salzburg, just moments from Salzburg Cathedral, yet slightly tucked away, offering a sense of calm that many central hotels lack. In fact, it feels better placed than even Hotel Sacher Salzburg and others nearby. Our room was spacious and soothing, and breakfast was abundant and delicious, with fresh fruit, eggs, cheeses, and excellent Brötchen. Each day began on exactly the right note.

Loved my little room. Everything was perfect and I would definitely stay there again!
