Bar staff really inept

The room was modern and well equipped. The cleaning lady was an absolute angel and cleaned super well. The location is great, right on the water but easy to get to the airport. I was afraid about the airport noise but honestly it wasn't bothersome at all++ The restaurant is amazing++ 5* and not as expensive as others near by.

Too bad that there wasn't breakfast included for the price+. Also, I think it would have been nice that hotel guests get a discount at the restaurant.The pool wasn't filled when we arrived because they had issues but was soon full. We ended up never using it as it is just next to the penthouse and I felt a bit weird.

The view of the ocean and beach is wonderful. Quiet spot.

The Hype Beach Hotel was awesome! I had rented the SeaSunSand apartment on the first floor and facing the beach for me and my two grandchildren (9 &14). We stayed there seven days. It was perfect—the bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, the bathroom very modern, the walk-in closet (with a safe) great. The room was big enough for three people, and was immaculately clean. The terrace was huge and wonderful—we had tapas or dinner there every night, facing the sea and the beautiful view of the bay. The excellent restaurant on the ground floor was a huge plus—their food is great, and we were able to buy tapas and drinks to enjoy on our terrace. A good grocery store was a five-minute walk away, and downtown Palma a 10mn taxi ride away. Finally, the hotel manager, Hamid, was very helpful getting us taxis and answering all our questions. He also went way beyond his duty to mail me a very important document sent to me that did not arrive before we left. I appreciate immensely what he did for me. I highly recommend the Hype Beach Hotel!

· Unexpected Stay: We had the opportunity to book this hotel for 3 days (2 nights) due to a flight cancellation and the reciprocal cancellation of some flights to Palma of someone who subsequently must cancelled booking of this hotel. What could have been an unfortunate situation turned out to be a magical experience – this was our 5th hotel in Palma in this trip and turned to be the best of them. · Great Location: Perfectly situated basically on the beach, with easy access to a less crowded beach with a fantastic entrance to the water. · Facilities Around: There are great facilities around the hotel, including mini Carrefour, restaurants, affordable beauty salons, and the Palma Aquarium, just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for children. · Warm Hospitality: The entire team was incredibly welcoming, including the owner who speaks English, Spanish, and, of course, German, which is quite common in this area of Palma. Special thanks to Viera, who was especially kind and efficient. · Beautiful Apartments: The apartments were beautifully designed, giving a homely feel. The surprise of a massage chair and the Nespresso machine were wonderful additions. · Balcony with a View: Each room has a balcony where you can enjoy a sunset or a morning coffee with a stunning sea view.
