Lack of maid visits to our room. Facilities and spa needs improvement.

The hotel was SO loud… great location if you want to be up partying at night, but as a single mum with a 7 year old , the loud music went on until 1am! The staff apart from one lady who put up black out curtains, weren’t very friendly. I had to find another hotel to stay in after one night of no sleep!

A chimney from the restaurant was in front of the balcony and because of the smoke we couldn't open the door or windows for fresh air at all. There are pictures from ping pong and fitness in the facilities but there isn't any. The cleanness and staff were ok

Nice and helpful staff, spacious apartment, good cleaning, excellent heating. There was a kitchenette in our apartment, good for preparing breakfasts and light meals. There is a ski room in the hotel, where you can leave your equipment free of charge. Gondola is within walking distance. There are few hotel parking spaces, but there is a large public parking behind the hotel free of chare, where we parked.

No major issues, everything was as expected and advertised, even better.

The location

I don’t even know where to start, the attitudes of the “boss” of the hotel, the reception is doing a favour that they are answering u. And of course we did power reservation through booking when we came to the hotel they told us to cancel it and do it through them we said no and we paid cash like booking said, 1 hour later I saw that the “boss” cancel ours reservation and told booking we didn’t came because he wanted the money directly to them and not through booking. Shame… and it’s just the start

Location, personal is great! It was very clean in the room.

Soundproofing needs to be improved, beds and pillows in the room are not comfortable
