Nice cabin near the ocean and amazing nature, it was clean and and had the amenities we needed. Lots of kangaroos and cute wild rabbits running around. Staff also facilitated late check in.

Unfortunately my partner and I found the tap water difficult to drink since it tasted a lot like chlorine, so we had to fill up some jars from outside the holiday park.

There are very few facilities near by. Very limited take away outlets, You need to drive to Ullla Dulla or Batemans Bay for a meal out. We had gale force winds and rain, hence activities extremely limited. However we went driving on the coastal back roads and saw Lyrebirds, wombats, King Parrots and many others. We were also told that the first shawls of the season had been spotted. We also watched as huge waves invade and took over the whole beach- amazing sight! Certainly not the beach holiday we were hoping for, but (some) sights we have never seen before.

The surrounding area of the Murramarang National Park is beautiful, and the beach itself is nice, but not this holiday Park. The Park itself is ugly and needs a revamp.

This holiday park looks like a shanty town and the photos online of our accommodation were misleading and their marketing offering us an "upgrade" to an executive villa at an additional price is a disgrace, offering "beautiful views"? Seriously, it's a joke. Our "beautiful view" from No.13 was in fact 3 rows of cars, tents, campervans, and what appeared to be a septic tank that completely obscured any view of the beach. This place was full to capacity and no reason for It to be so overpriced. If we had paid a much cheaper price, and provided an honest description of our accommodation prior to booking, this would not have been an issue, however we were lied to. It appears as though no money has been spent on beautifying the place and updating the cabins. We have traveled a lot and this was one of our worst stays and it would have been much more economical and more beautiful to have rented a holiday home outside of this park instead. We were reluctant to post this negative review and give this park an opportunity to respond to our complaint as we brought this to the attention of management through the Booking.com portal, however we were not responded to by management nor offered an apology.

Be careful of the ad - it advertises a single luxury bungalow which is not what you get. You are staying in a cabin in a crowded caravan park and it is not at all like the pictures, they are clearly edited or through chat GPT. Our door would not lock and our cutlery was dirty. I would not stay again and for $400 a night felt extremely ripped off and misled by the photos.
