Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko sklepy i duży wybór restauracji i kawiarni. Spokojna okolica. Niedaleko przystanki tramwajowe i metro.

Mocno zużyte naczynia kuchenne, brak mikrofalówki. Brak uchwytu na papier toaletowy. Przeciekająca kabina prysznicowa.
