The view was great

Fans not working, lights not working and shower drain blocked.

The apartment is very spacious, decorated in white which I absolutely loved

They can switch on the gyser a few hours before check in

We felt comfortable and at home.

the only adjustments needed in the flat is the fan in one of the rooms was not working, so it was uncomfortable and hot and Secondly the kitchen needs some basic additions, like a grater and a working can opener.

Unit is a bit cramped.

The place had not been cleaned when we arrived, but the agent was very apologetic and arranged a saturday-evening cleaning, and helped us move to a better unit the next day.

Listing says A/C, but A/C is only in 1 bedroom and living room, and fans in other rooms not fully working. The place needs some TLC.

Absolutely love the location. It is close to Umhlanga centre with all the convenience that brings but far away enough to be peaceful and feel like a proper holiday venue. The tennis courts and pool are fantastic and the actual unit is spacious and inviting. Loved having aircon in the main area and bedroom, too. Friendly security guards on the property was a definite plus.

The fans in the two smaller bedrooms were not working properly. The remote in the one bedroom was missing and the other was only working on the slowest speed, so my children found the rooms rather hot. Would be great if a two-prong plug could be provided for the standing fan.
