Hotel cancelled my booking on their own. Your customer Agent was not even aware of this on asking to your Agent she told me Booking is confirmed, But I had to argue for hours with Hotel for honouring my Booking that they Refused

The breakfast was good and the person who served the food was very polite and courteous.

The location was little in the interior. The air conditioners in the room were not maintained at all. I was checked into a room where the air conditioner was not cooling. So they moved me to another room, where the air conditioner was little better however as the day became hotter specially in the afternoon, the A/c was not cooling. I requested the person at the reception to call a mechanic however there was no response and I had to bear the pain throughout my stay. Wherever I go my stay preference is always Treebo and I have has wonderful experiences in Pune, Vizag in the past. However, this particular hotel facilities were very poor. I also had to pay additional charge as I had checked in early(this was not mentioned in the booking, that I might have to pay extra.)
