The location is good, but that's pretty much the only thing

The room and the linens were dirty, the building is falling apart and I got stuck in the elevator as it broke down. I would NEVER recommend the hotel to anyone.

An old solid Hotel, featuring an excellent external elevator, extensive use of marbles, large mirrors, key-card access, powerful A/C, good TV's, large beds, and bathrooms with a glass wall... ... but now scrambled, it is all in need of modernization. I can say I spent a good night in Monte Carlo in a Luxury Hotel right in the hill center, close to the elevators to the beach and two minutes walking from the lively little square in Beausoleil, with its bars and markets. Rating: 7.5

"CRAP AND I WOULD NEVER STAY IN THAT HOTEL OR RECOMMEND"

Nothing - the hotel was a shithole

Everything - hotel is a run down shithole. Felt cheap and dirty. Room was dirty and uncomfortable. Warbrobes held together with stick tape. Very bad

the staff were good, the front desk waiting for my late midnight checkin - very kind of him

The room I had needs renovation, lighting, fixtures, bathroom all in need of a refresh, lacked basic essentials - soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels old, shower very awkward
