"The place looks classy, but the room service was not up to expectations."

Lots to choose from. Great omeletts made by a staff member

Had to call for help with the tv. Staff member found tv was not plugged in. We could not find a local station and when asked, the front desk person did not know about it. When asked for more shampoo, the staff member just handed it to us and left without installing it in the bathroom. Seemed like their modem operandi was drop/throw and go. Do not check if the customer feels that the problem was resolved to their liking.
