"Great location but overpriced."

Location. So close to RISD. We were there for my son’s graduation. Valet staff are friendly snd respectful.

No one cleaned the room our entire 5 day stay even if the signage was not placed outside. We ran out of liquid bath soap, we were just given bar soap. We were told it is a process to replace it. We slso ran out of toilet paper and we have to ask for it. For the price we paid, we expected to be taken care of.

"Rooms & location nice; most of staff neural."

Fine except on all 3 mornings fruit never avaiable. When I asked if it would be refilled the answer was yes. I waited 1/2 hr and never happen.

Car valet never even offered to open the trunk when we stood by the back with our hands full of luggage. Just grabbed the tip and went back into hotel.
