Lawnbrook Town Guest House

The property is really well located. On the Sunday, we were actually able to walk into the city centre in about 20 minutes as the gliders are more limited on Sundays. We had room 1 which was downstairs. The room was well sized, immaculately clean and the bed was very very comfy Cleaners come daily to clean bathrooms and communal areas. . Our room had a blanket, smart TV, desk with 2 chairs, plenty of storage for clothing. The communal kitchen has all you'd need for your stay and a big dining table and chairs. There is unlimited tea, coffee, milk etc. The bathrooms are also stocked full with shampoo and shower gels to use. We didnt use it due to the weather, but if staying in the summer, there is a private and fenced back garden with a picnic table and chairs on the deck to relax in. When we were too warm one night we opened the window and the traffic still wasn't too bad to disturb us There is a Spar round the corner and I cant recommend Tandoori Kitchen enough if you want an excellent takeaway Despite the issues ive raised, I would stay here again.

There were some minor issues and easy fixes: the kettle badly needed descaling, the kitchen cupboards were a bit grubby especially the top ones. And the shower bar in the downstairs toilet is coming out of the wall. More major issues which I appreciate are difficult to fix but do need to be addressed: the doors are INCREDIBLY noisy. They badly need oiling or repairing. They squeak so loudly at night. Every single footstep and word spoken was heard from upstairs and the floorboards all creak too. I understand this means redoing the upstairs floor but that's my honest review. Eventually it will need to be done

It was a very nice stay for our first time stay in Belfast. Very convenient location for all our local travels.

The noisy neighbours, the doors can be very loud when being opened and squiky floor in the hall and you could he anyone coming up and down stairs. It was just a noisy neighbour but all was good.

Bra ställe att bo på, nära att gå in till stan och nära till sevärdheter. Bra bekvämligheter och rum. Mysig modern inredning.

Det saknas skärbräda, sax och osthyvel i köket. Duschen hade svårt att hålla temperaturen, den vandrade mellan kokhett till kallt.
